Abraham helped me find my apartment in Miami in May 2009. I was living out of state at the time and I was only in Miami for one day. After recommending a great restaurant where I could have lunch, Abraham picked me up and proceeded to show me at least 15 different apartments, all fitting the criteria we had discussed over the phone. On top of that, he also told me a lot about the city, interesting places to go, neighborhoods to avoid, and good restaurants. Once I had chosen the apartment I liked the most, he took care of all the paperwork and negotiations, always calling me or emailing me to keep me up to date on what was happening. When the deal was settled, he even picked up the keys and did the walk-through of the apartment. I would like to say that Abe is my leasing agent for a condo I own in Miami. Earlier this year the prior lease ended and a new tenant needed to be found. Abe found a very well qualified tenant in one day, and the condo is leased and I did not lose even a months rent. He also went out of his way to ensure the condo was ready by doing some cleaning and ensuring the condo was clean and ready for the new tenant.
